RevSurf provides an AI-powered resume parsing and intelligence platform that enables:
- Resume parsing and structured data extraction
- Semantic search across candidate databases
- Sales intelligence and account discovery
- Technology stack analysis
- ATS integration and candidate pipeline management
3. Account Registration
To use RevSurf, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Represent a legitimate business entity
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use RevSurf for lawful business purposes, including:
- Recruiting and talent acquisition
- Sales intelligence and lead generation
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Internal HR and workforce planning
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond intended use
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Share or resell access to unauthorized parties
- Upload resumes without proper consent or legal basis
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
5. Data Ownership and License
5.1 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the resume data and content you upload ("Customer Data"). By uploading data, you grant RevSurf a limited license to process, store, and analyze this data to provide the Service.
5.2 Our Platform
RevSurf and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevSurf and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.3 Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process candidate data, including compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
6. Subscription and Billing
6.1 Pricing
Subscription fees are based on your selected plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Pricing is available at getrevsurf.com/pricing.
6.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due upon invoice receipt
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- You authorize automatic recurring charges
6.3 Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds after this period are at our discretion. No refunds for partial months or unused features.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for early cancellation.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Make emergency updates or patches
- Modify or discontinue features
- Suspend service for security or abuse issues
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- RevSurf is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
- We do not guarantee AI accuracy or hiring outcomes
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevSurf from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) violation of these Terms, (c) infringement of third-party rights, or (d) illegal processing of candidate data.
10. Data Security and Privacy
We implement security measures including:
- Encryption (TLS/SSL) and secure cloud storage
- Row-level security (RLS) and access controls
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA standards

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Abuse or misuse the Service
Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
12. Third-Party Integrations
RevSurf integrates with third-party services (ATS systems, cloud storage, APIs). We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, or terms. Your use of integrations is subject to their respective terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
