Make delivery repeatable. Make ownership clear.

Improve the workflows and platforms behind software delivery. Bring CI/CD, infrastructure and operational visibility together so teams can understand, maintain and operate the path to production.

Typical starting points

When it’s time to make a change.

Code change → Automated checks → Reviewed release
  1. Code change
  2. Automated checks
  3. Reviewed release
  • Delivery workflows depend on undocumented scripts and individual knowledge.
  • A CI/CD migration has many repositories, credentials and deployment dependencies.
  • Application teams need consistent environments and a clearer platform interface.

What we can scope

A practical scope, shaped to your systems.

Current state → Agreed boundaries → Delivery plan

  2. Agreed boundaries
  3. Delivery plan
01

CI/CD migration and reusable workflows

Assess existing pipelines, deployment environments, access and dependencies. Azure DevOps-to-GitHub Actions migration is one concrete example. Create reusable patterns while documenting the exceptions that need application-specific handling.

02

Infrastructure and developer platforms

Scope infrastructure as code, container platforms, Kubernetes configuration and environment automation. Build a platform around team needs and agreed ownership, avoiding tools that add maintenance without a useful purpose.

03

Release engineering and visibility

Integrate automated checks, deployment approvals and observability. Validate rollback and recovery procedures and document the release path so the team receiving it can make future changes confidently.

Concrete outputs

  • Pipeline inventory and migration plan
  • Reusable CI/CD workflows and infrastructure definitions
  • Access, secrets and environment transition checklist
  • Build/test/deploy validation and exception register
  • Platform documentation, release runbooks and handover

Technology in context

Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS and AWS platform tooling are relevant capability areas. The selected scope and engineers determine the final toolset.

Can you own a CI/CD migration workstream?

Yes. We can scope an inventory, migration patterns, pilot, rollout waves and handover alongside your application teams. Access, approvals and release ownership are established before migration starts.

Will every repository use the same workflow?

Common patterns can be reused, but applications have different build, test and deployment needs. We identify justified exceptions and keep them visible rather than forcing every repository into an unsuitable template.

Can you work with our current cloud platform?

Yes, where the requirements match the agreed team capability. The engagement can improve delivery within the existing platform instead of coupling it to a cloud migration.

How will we know the migration is complete?

Acceptance criteria can include agreed build/test/deploy checks, successful target-environment releases, access verification and handover. Known exceptions and any work remaining with other teams are recorded explicitly.
