Software built around your business.

Turn a product idea, an operational bottleneck or a defined application backlog into maintainable software. Connect discovery, architecture and engineering so that each release serves an agreed user need.

Typical starting points

When it’s time to make a change.

User need → Build & validate → Working application
  1. User need
  2. Build & validate
  3. Working application
  • Users rely on spreadsheets or disconnected tools to complete essential work.
  • A product roadmap needs an accountable engineering team for a defined workstream.
  • An application needs stronger architecture, integrations or a reliable release path.

What we can scope

A practical scope, shaped to your systems.

01

Applications and business portals

Scope web applications, customer portals and operational tools around real user journeys. Define permissions, critical workflows and integration points early, including the data each user is allowed to see.

02

Products, services and APIs

Build SaaS capabilities, backend services and application APIs. Work with your product and UX teams to translate priorities into a delivery backlog, including behaviour, failure states and acceptance criteria.

03

A complete engineering workstream

Connect discovery, UX collaboration, architecture, implementation, testing and release. Mobile projects can be considered with appropriate specialists selected and availability confirmed for the required platform.

Concrete outputs

  3. Runbooks & handover
  • Agreed user journeys and prioritised delivery backlog
  • Architecture decisions and integration contracts
  • Application code with automated checks
  • Release plan, deployment instructions and runbooks
  • Documented ownership and maintainable handover

Technology in context

React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and application APIs are part of the capability context. We choose a stack around existing systems, maintainability and the engineers agreed for the engagement.

Can you work alongside our product team?

Yes. We can own a defined engineering workstream while your team retains product direction, or scope end-to-end delivery with shared responsibilities. The backlog, review process and decision owners are agreed at the start.

How do you estimate a new application?

We first establish the main journeys, integrations, data needs and release constraints. Estimates state assumptions and dependencies. Discovery may be a separate engagement where important requirements remain uncertain.

Who owns the source code and documentation?

Ownership, repository access and any third-party licensing are agreed in the commercial arrangement. Delivery should include the code, operating instructions and knowledge needed by the team taking responsibility after handover.

Can the scope change during delivery?

Yes, through an agreed change process. We make the impact on milestones, effort and acceptance criteria visible before adding work so that both teams can make an informed decision.

A clear next step

Turn a product requirement into a delivery plan.

Start with the users, the work they need to do and the application you want to build or extend.
